Link shortener since 2006, with branded domains, smart links and retargeting.
Tiny.cc is a link shortener that has run since 2006. You can shorten a link on its homepage for free, but the site says to claim links in an account so they do not expire. Paid plans start at $5 a month after a 7-day free trial.
Paid plans, sold through tinycc.com, add branded domains, link editing, smart links that send visitors to different pages by language or operating system, retargeting pixels, QR codes and broken-link and uptime monitoring. If a trial or subscription ends, you can no longer create or edit links, and existing links redirect through an interstitial page.
Tiny.cc is a separate service from TinyURL, even though the names are close.
Bottom line: Tiny.cc is a low-cost way to get branded short links with smart routing. If you want a permanent free account, look at a shortener that has a free plan.
