SeedInvest is no longer a standalone platform. StartEngine acquired its assets in May 2023, moved all active SeedInvest investments into StartEngine, and SeedInvest no longer accepts new investments.
SeedInvest was an online marketplace where startups raised money from investors under Reg CF, Reg A+ and Reg D 506(c). It held a broker-dealer license. Circle bought it in 2019 and agreed in 2022 to sell its customer base to StartEngine, subject to regulatory approval. Former SeedInvest investors are told to create a StartEngine account with the same email address they used on SeedInvest.
Bottom line: if you held SeedInvest investments, look for them in StartEngine. If you are a founder raising online, compare current crowdfunding platforms. This page is not investment advice.

SeedInvest held a broker-dealer license and was approved to run an Alternative Trading System.
StartEngine said the deal added about 700,000 prospective investors to its platform.
Active SeedInvest investments were moved into StartEngine, where former investors sign in with their SeedInvest email.
