Bitcoin teams plan their conference year around a short list of Bitcoin-only events. A Lightning startup, a hardware wallet maker, a mining company and a treasury desk will not want the same agenda. Some events lean toward a large expo and main stage. Others are small and built around developer talks and workshops.
This page lists Bitcoin-only events with official 2027 dates. For each one you get the city, the venue if it is announced, the cheapest pass that includes the talks, and what the higher tiers add. Events that cover every token are on our blockchain list instead. Nothing here is investment advice, and the page does not cover what to buy.

Plan B Forum El Salvador
Plan B Forum El Salvador is the Central American edition of the Plan B Forum, the event that also runs in Lugano. Two days in San Salvador, split between a hotel and the Museo de Arte de El Salvador.
Best for: Builders, educators and merchants who want a Bitcoin event in Central America at a low ticket price.
Dates and city: January 29-30, 2027. Sheraton Presidente San Salvador Hotel and Museo de Arte de El Salvador, San Salvador. In-person.
What you actually get: The Peer Ticket covers keynotes, panels, masterclasses, sponsor exhibitions and 1:1 matched networking. The Cyber Punk Ticket adds dedicated registration, a front-row seat, food at the conference and a speakers dinner.
Notable limitations:
- Two venues in one city. Plan the transfer between the hotel and the museum.
- Food is only included on the Cyber Punk Ticket.
- The prices are labelled Early Bird 2027, so expect later phases to cost more.

Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town
Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town is the Southern Africa edition of a conference that calls itself a high-signal Bitcoin conference for builders. Two days in Cape Town. Small, focused, and priced in rand.
Best for: Lightning and wallet builders, people working on Bitcoin payments in Africa, and anyone who prefers developer talks to an expo hall.
Dates and city: February 26-27, 2027. Workshop17 Watershed, Cape Town. In-person.
What you actually get: Two days of builder-focused Bitcoin content. The VIP ticket adds a speaker's dinner, a limited-edition bottle and a laptop bag.
Notable limitations:
- The local price is for attendees from Africa only. Visitors from elsewhere pay the international rate.
- The page shows a countdown to a price rise but not the date.
- Only two days. Check the schedule before you book extra nights.
Tickets: Earlybird Local R1,000 (Africa only). Earlybird International R2,700. Earlybird VIP R8,000.
BTC Prague
BTC Prague is a large Bitcoin-only conference in Prague. The 2027 page lists three days in Prague, with the main conference and expo on the last two. Prices are in euros and the tiers are clear.
Best for: European Bitcoin teams and individuals who want a large Bitcoin-only crowd without flying to the US. The expo pass suits people who only want the floor.
Dates and city: May 6-8, 2027. Prague. The official FAQ says the venue will be announced soon. In-person.
What you actually get: The 2-Day All Access pass covers all three stages and the conference on May 7-8. The 3-Day pass adds an extra day and the Bitcoin Living Masterclass. The Bitcoin Expo pass covers the expo floor only.
Notable limitations:
- The venue is still to be announced. Book a flexible hotel until it is.
- The 49€ expo pass does not include the stages.
- VIP is a big jump in price. It mainly adds a lounge, a dinner and an after party.

Bitcoin 2027
Bitcoin 2027 is the large annual Bitcoin conference run at conference.b.tc. The 2027 edition is in Nashville. Three days at Music City Center, with an enterprise track on the first day.
Best for: First-timers who want a large Bitcoin event, and companies that want the corporate track. Builders who only want technical talks may get more from a smaller event.
Dates and city: July 15-17, 2027. Music City Center, Nashville. In-person.
What you actually get: GA gives entry to the Main Stage, Genesis Stage and Expo Hall on July 16-17. Pro adds Pro Day on July 15, the Enterprise Hall and Stage, networking lounges, the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium, meals and reserved Main Stage seating. Whale adds private lounges and the official after-parties.
Notable limitations:
- GA does not include the first day. Pro Day on July 15 needs a Pro or Whale pass.
- The page says early-bird pricing will rise soon. The $424 figure will not last.
- Hotels near Music City Center will fill as the date gets closer. Book early.

Should I buy GA or Pro?
Choose GA if you want the main stages and the expo. Choose Pro if you need the enterprise content or want all three days. The difference is $675 at the current early-bird price.
Other Bitcoin conferences worth considering
Plan B Forum Lugano already ran on October 23-24, 2026 at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano. The 2027 Lugano dates are not on the official site yet. The El Salvador edition above is the next Plan B event.
Bitcoin MENA in Abu Dhabi is another regional Bitcoin conference. Its official site was offline when we checked on 5 November 2026, so we could not confirm the next dates, venue or prices.

The organizer lists the 2027 edition at Music City Center in Nashville, July 15-17. Earlier editions were in Las Vegas, so check old bookmarks and hotel bookings against the official page.
