Product managers and designers often share a roadmap but not a conference budget. A PM wants discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder work. A designer wants research methods, interface craft and design systems. A few events serve both. Most lean one way, and ticket prices range from free online passes to four figures.
This list covers 2027 events with published dates, split evenly. ProductCon London, Pendomonium and Product at Heart are for product people. Config, UX London and SmashingConf Freiburg are for designers. Several have dates but no ticket prices yet, and the table says so.

ProductCon London
ProductCon London is Product School's one-day product management conference. The 2027 edition is at the Barbican Centre, with a livestream for people who cannot travel.
Best for: Product managers and product leaders in the UK and Europe who want a one-day program without a multi-day trip.
Dates and city: Tuesday, February 23, 2027. Barbican Centre, London. In-person, with a free online livestream. The ProductCon Experience ticket adds workshops on the day before.
What you actually get: The Conference Pass covers all sessions, refreshments and the after party. The ProductCon Experience adds the day-before workshops. Free online viewing includes a livestream of the main sessions, and recordings and slides are posted about one week after the event.
Notable limitations:

Pendomonium
Pendomonium is the annual product conference hosted by Pendo, a product analytics company. The 2027 edition is in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Best for: Product managers, product operations and product analytics teams in the US, including teams that already use Pendo.
Dates and city: May 3-5, 2027. Raleigh, North Carolina. The 2027 page does not list a venue yet.
What you actually get: Three days in Raleigh. Registration has not opened. The page offers updates when it does.
Notable limitations:
- No venue on the 2027 page yet.
- No 2027 price yet.
- It is hosted by a software company. Check the agenda for the balance of general and Pendo-specific sessions once it is out.
Tickets: Not announced. The official page invites sign-ups for news of when Pendomonium 2027 registration opens.
Config
Config is Figma's conference for people who build products. The 2027 edition is back in San Francisco at Pier 80, in person and online.
Best for: Product designers, design system teams and product managers whose teams work in Figma.
Dates and city: May 25-27, 2027. Pier 80, San Francisco. In person and virtual.
What you actually get: Three days in San Francisco, with a virtual option for people who cannot travel. The call for speakers runs October 19 to November 16, 2026.
Notable limitations:
- No ticket price or registration date is on the official page yet.
- It is a vendor conference, so much of the program is built around one tool.
- The page gives no date for when registration opens. Watch the official page for it.
Tickets: Not announced. The official page lists no registration link or price yet.
Product at Heart
Product at Heart is a 600+ attendee product management conference in Hamburg. The 2027 edition has a workshop day, a conference day, and a separate leadership event in April.
Best for: Product managers and product leaders in Europe who want a conference about product work only.
Dates and city: Workshops June 24, 2027. Conference June 25, 2027. Leadership Event April 12-13, 2027. Hamburg, Germany. The venue is not named on the official page yet.
What you actually get: A workshop day and a conference day for 600+ product people, plus a separate leadership event in April.
Notable limitations:
- Ticket sales have not started. The page says they start in a few weeks.
- No venue is named yet.
- The leadership event is a separate date in April. Check which ticket covers what when sales open.

UX London
UX London is Clearleft's three-day UX conference. Each day has a theme: Discovery on Tuesday, Design on Wednesday, Delivery on Thursday. Every day is talks plus a workshop you choose.
Best for: UX designers, researchers and content designers who want practical workshops, and teams who can send different people on different days.
Dates and city: July 6-8, 2027. CodeNode, 10 South Place, London EC2M 7EB. In-person.
What you actually get: Talks and a workshop each day. Day tickets or a three-day ticket. A scholarship ticket you apply for. An automatic 20% discount for teams of 5 or more.
Notable limitations:
- The Super Early Bird three-day pass at £1,295 is sold out.
- Prices exclude UK VAT at 20%.
- Early Bird prices end March 19.

Should I buy one day or all three at UX London?
Buy the day that matches your work. Researchers get the most from Discovery day, interface designers from Design day, and design system or cross-functional leads from Delivery day. A team of five can split the days and still get the 20% team discount.
SmashingConf Freiburg
SmashingConf Freiburg is the Smashing Magazine conference for designers and front-end developers. Two conference days at the Historisches Kaufhaus, with workshop days before and after. Seats are limited to about 300.
Best for: UX and interface designers who work close to front-end code, and small teams who want an event of about 300 seats.
Dates and city: Conference September 7-8, 2027. Workshops September 6 and 9. Historisches Kaufhaus, Freiburg, Germany. In-person, with online tickets.
What you actually get: Eleven live main stage talks, full video access afterwards, side events, and six in-person workshops sold separately.
Notable limitations:
- Only 30 Early Bird conference tickets are on sale.
- Workshops are sold separately from the conference ticket.

Other product and UX conferences worth considering
UXDX New York runs May 10-12, 2027 and brings UX, product and development teams together. The event page names New World Stages, but its venue description refers to August Hall, so confirm the venue before you book. No ticket prices are shown. Startups, freelancers and students can apply for discounted tickets.
ProductCon New York is listed for May 18, 2027, with Early Bird pricing available. We kept the London edition in the calendar to avoid listing the same series twice.
#mtpcon London from Mind the Product is listed for 2027, with the date marked as coming soon. The same page lists a Chicago event without a date.
Productized ran June 18-19, 2026 at the Museum of the Orient in Lisbon. 2027 dates are not on the official site yet.
How we picked these conferences
We listed product management and UX events whose 2027 edition has exact dates on the organizer's site, and a missing price did not rule an event out. Eight qualified, so we kept six: three for product management and three for UX, with one edition per series. The other two are in the next section. We checked dates, venues and prices on the organizers' sites on 5 Nov 2026. The From column shows the cheapest public ticket that gets you into the talks, and Not announced means the organizer has not published 2027 prices yet.

When do Config tickets go on sale?
The official page does not say yet. It lists the dates, the Pier 80 venue and a speaker call that closes November 16, 2026.

For product managers, ProductCon London is the first date of the year, and Pendomonium and Product at Heart follow once they publish prices. For designers who work in Figma, hold May 25-27 for Config. For hands-on UX work, UX London in July. For designers who code, SmashingConf Freiburg in September, while the 30 Early Bird tickets last.
