AI & Big Data Expo Global
AI & Big Data Expo Global is the London edition of the AI & Big Data Expo series, at Olympia London.
Best for: UK and European data and analytics teams who want a two-day expo with conference tracks early in the year.
Dates and city: February 3-4, 2027. Olympia London. In-person.
What you actually get: A free pass for the expo, a Full Access Gold Pass for the conference program, a Startup Pass, and an Enterprise Leadership Pass on request.
Notable limitations:
- The free pass covers the expo, not the full conference program.
- The early-bird offer is marked expired, and a price increase countdown is running.

Gartner Data & Analytics Summit
Gartner Data & Analytics Summit is the analyst-run event for data and analytics leaders. It is vendor-neutral in a way the platform conferences are not.
Best for: Chief data officers, analytics leaders and architects who want analyst sessions and peer benchmarks. Teams in the middle of a platform selection.
Dates and city: March 8-10, 2027. Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, Orlando, Florida. In-person.
What you actually get: Three days in Orlando. The register page lists early-bird, standard and public-sector rates.
Notable limitations:
- It is the highest-priced pass on this page.
- The early-bird rate ends January 8, 2027.
Tickets: Early-bird $4,650, until January 8, 2027. Standard $5,125. Public sector $4,175.
Is Gartner worth $4,650?
If you are choosing a platform and want analysts in the conversation, it can be. If you have already picked a vendor, that vendor's own conference may cost less and go deeper on the product.
FabCon
FabCon, the Microsoft Fabric Community Conference, runs together with SQLCON in 2027. It covers Fabric, Power BI and the Microsoft data platform.
Best for: Teams running Power BI, Fabric or SQL Server. BI developers and analytics engineers who want workshops on the Microsoft stack.
Dates and city: March 8-12, 2027. Georgia World Congress Center (Building C), Atlanta. Workshop days Monday and Tuesday, conference days Wednesday to Friday. In-person.
What you actually get: All paid passes include the Sponsor Expo, the Microsoft keynote, and coffee and lunch each day. Free MVP Day and Partner Day events run on the Tuesday for eligible attendees.
Notable limitations:
- It is a Microsoft-platform event. Less useful if you run another BI stack.
- Registrations are non-refundable. You can transfer to a colleague or a future event within 12 months.
- The current prices are labeled PreAgenda Pricing, ending November 13.

Best for: UK and European data teams who want data, cloud and security content in one trip.
Dates and city: March 10-11, 2027. ExCeL London. In-person. Wednesday 09:00-17:00, Thursday 09:30-17:00.
What you actually get: Five co-located shows on one ticket.
Notable limitations:
- Broad rather than deep. Data is one of five shows.
- The 2027 page offers Register Your Interest and no admission price.
Tickets: Not announced. Register interest on the official site.
AI & Big Data Expo North America
AI & Big Data Expo North America is the San Jose edition of the same series, at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
Best for: Data and AI teams in the Bay Area who want a two-day expo with conference tracks. Startups, who have their own pass.
Dates and city: June 16-17, 2027. San Jose McEnery Convention Center, San Jose. In-person.
What you actually get: A free Expo Pass, a Full Access Gold Pass for the conference program, a Startup Pass, and a free Enterprise Leadership Pass on request.
Notable limitations:
- The page says the early-bird offer has expired.
- The free Expo Pass covers the expo, not the full conference program.

Other big data conferences worth considering
Tableau Conference ran May 5-7, 2026 at the San Diego Convention Center. The official page has a sign-up list for Tableau Conference 2027 but no dates yet.
Current is Confluent's data streaming conference. The London edition ran May 19-20, 2026 and San Francisco ran November 4-5, 2026. 2027 dates are not on the official site yet.

In the From column, a number is a price we read on the official ticket page, with VAT shown as the site states it. Not announced means the organizer has not published a 2027 price yet. Gartner if you are reviewing platforms and want analyst input. FabCon if your team already runs Power BI or Fabric and wants workshops on it. They overlap on March 8-10, in Orlando and Atlanta.
Is there a free way in?
The AI & Big Data Expo editions have a free expo pass, but it does not include the full conference program. Big Data & AI World has not published 2027 admission terms yet.
