C++ conferences publish their dates long before their prices. That makes planning odd. A team can know in November that CppCon is in September, and still have no number to put in next year’s training budget. The usual fix is to hold the week now and approve the spend later.
This page lists the C++ events with official 2027 dates, and says plainly where a price is not out yet. C-only conferences are rare. We found none with official 2027 dates, so the section on other events points C developers to where embedded C work is covered instead.

C++Online 2027
C++Online is an online-only, international C++ conference with post-conference workshops. Talks are livestreamed, sessions are recorded for on-demand viewing, and networking runs on Gather Town, Zoom and Discord.
Best for: C++ developers who cannot travel, students, and teams spread across time zones.
Dates and city: March 10-12, 2027. 12:00-22:00 UTC. Online only.
What you actually get: Livestreamed talks, on-demand recordings, virtual networking, and workshops after the main conference days.
Notable limitations:
- A 12:00-22:00 UTC day runs past midnight in Asia-Pacific.
- Prices are subject to UK or EU VAT.
- Workshops are sold separately from the main conference ticket.
Tickets: Not announced for 2027. The registration page still describes 2026, when tickets started from £50, or £20 for students. Members of supporting meetups could request a discounted workshop code.
C++Now 2027
C++Now is a five-day C++ conference based in Aspen, Colorado. The official site already shows May 17-21, 2027.
Best for: Experienced C++ developers who want a full week on the language and can get to Colorado in May.
Dates and city: May 17-21, 2027. Aspen, Colorado. The home page names Aspen for 2026 and does not restate the 2027 venue. The registration page points to the Aspen Meadows Resort, its home-base hotel for many years, for rooms.
What you actually get: Five days in one place. The registration page also links to room booking. Prospective speakers are asked not to register until their proposal is accepted.
Notable limitations:
- Lodging is booked separately through the hotel link.
- The 2027 venue is not restated on the site. Confirm it before booking flights.
- The home page mentions no student option.
Tickets: Not announced. Watch the official registration page.
CppCon or C++Now?
They differ in month and place. C++Now is five days in Aspen in May. CppCon is seven days near Denver in September. Neither has a 2027 price yet, so pick by when your team can travel.
CppCon 2027
CppCon is the week-long C++ conference held near Denver. The 2026 wrap-up post on the official site already announces September 18-24, 2027.
Best for: C++ developers who want a full week of C++ talks in one place, and students who can apply through the student program.
Dates and city: September 18-24, 2027. Gaylord Rockies, Aurora, Colorado, just outside Denver, per the official venue page. The 2027 announcement itself gives the dates only.
What you actually get: A seven-day conference with a student program. Video Early Access is a separate registration. For 2026, the site made Early Access to the talk videos free for everyone.
Notable limitations:
- The venue comes from the standing venue page, not a 2027 announcement.
- Early Access to videos is a separate registration from the conference.
- Seven days is a long absence for a small team. Check which days hold the main program once the schedule is out.
Tickets: Not announced. Students should start with the student program page.
Still to come in 2026
Meeting C++ 2026 runs November 26-28, 2026 at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Berlin. It is hybrid: three tracks onsite, every track streamed, plus an online-only track. The official ticket shop currently shows a register-interest form and no live price. The organizer’s March announcement listed early bird tickets at 899 €, and shop prices exclude VAT.
Other C and C++ conferences worth considering
embedded world is an embedded systems trade fair in Nuremberg, March 16-18, 2027. It is not a C conference, but it covers embedded systems, a common area for C work. Details and ticket notes are on our IoT conference page.
ACCU on Sea is the UK conference formed when C++ on Sea joined the ACCU Conference. The 2026 edition ran June 17-20, with workshops June 15-16, at the Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone. 2027 dates are not on the official site yet.
NDC TechTown ran September 21-24, 2026 at Magazinet Kongsberg in Norway. It is a general developer event, and its 2026 speaker list included Jason Turner of C++ Weekly. No 2027 dates yet.
CppNorth does not list a 2027 edition. Its site currently points to NDC Toronto, which ran May 5-8, 2026.
How we picked these conferences
We listed C and C++ conferences whose 2027 edition has exact dates on the organizer’s site, and applied the same rule to every candidate. A missing price did not exclude an event, which is why all three show Not announced. Dates and prices were checked on the organizers’ sites on 5 November 2026. Not announced means the organizer has not published 2027 prices yet.
FAQs
Are there conferences just for C?
They are rare, and we found none with official 2027 dates. C topics come up at embedded systems events such as embedded world, March 16-18, 2027 in Nuremberg. If a C-specific conference publishes 2027 dates, it will be added here.
Why are there no 2027 prices?
C++Online, C++Now and CppCon have published 2027 dates but not 2027 prices. We do not carry last year’s price forward as if it were this year’s.
Is there an online C++ conference in 2027?
Yes. C++Online runs March 10-12, 2027, online only, with livestreamed talks, recordings and workshops.
What happened to C++ on Sea?
It joined the ACCU Conference to form ACCU on Sea. The 2026 edition ran June 17-20 in Folkestone. The old C++ on Sea site says it is no longer maintained and points to accuonsea.uk.
Are there student options?
CppCon runs a student program. C++Online had a £20 student ticket in 2026. For 2027 rates, wait for each organizer to publish them.

Hold the dates now and approve the spend when prices appear. C++Online in March if travel is out. C++Now in May for a focused week in Aspen. CppCon in September for a full week near Denver.
