A full stack developer works on the UI, the API and the database in the same sprint. A language conference goes deep on one language. For a whole-stack program in one trip, look at general developer conferences and at framework events that span frontend and backend.
Four of them have official 2027 dates and public prices today: one in the Bay Area, one in Montreal, one in Amsterdam and one in Berlin. JavaScript and Java events are on our language pages, so each event sits in one calendar only. Every section says what the starting pass covers and when the price changes.

DeveloperWeek 2027
DeveloperWeek is a Bay Area developer conference and expo. Three days at the Santa Clara Convention Center: a PRO workshop day, then two days of conference and expo. In-person.
Best for: Full stack developers and engineering managers in the Bay Area who want a broad talk program and an expo floor to scout tools.
Dates and city: February 9-11, 2027. February 9 is the PRO Workshop day. February 10-11 are the conference and expo days. Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, California. In-person.
What you actually get: Three pass levels. The PRO Pass is an unlimited 3-day pass. The PREMIUM Pass is a VIP 3-day pass. The OPEN Pass at $195 is limited access across February 9-11 and includes the expo.
Notable limitations:
- The OPEN Pass is limited access. Check the comparison table before assuming it covers the sessions you want.
- The PRO Pass rises at each deadline: $1,195 by January 7, $1,295 by January 28, $1,395 by February 8 and $1,595 at the event.
- The register page lists no virtual pass and no free pass.

ConFoo Montreal 2027
ConFoo Montreal calls itself a full stack developer conference. Three conference days at the Hotel Bonaventure, with paid workshops on the days before. In-person.
Best for: Full stack developers in Canada and the US Northeast who want three days of talks across the stack, and teams that want to add a one or two-day workshop.
Dates and city: Conference February 24-26, 2027. Workshops February 22-23. Hotel Bonaventure, Montreal. In-person.
What you actually get: The Conference Ticket covers February 24-26. Four workshops are sold separately, on topics including full stack web security, agentic engineering with ADK and MCP, and domain-driven design.
Notable limitations:
- The register page says ConFoo does not offer daily or student rates.
- GST and QST are added at checkout. The page’s example turns 1,025 CAD into 1,178.49 CAD.
- No refunds are issued after January 8, 2027.
Tickets: Conference Ticket 1,225 CAD regular. A special price of 1,025 CAD is valid until November 6, 2026. One-day workshops 750 CAD, two-day workshops 1,250 CAD. All prices in Canadian dollars, plus GST and QST.
Laracon EU 2027
Laracon EU is the European conference for the Laravel PHP framework. A workshop day, then two days of main-stage talks and round tables in Amsterdam Noord. In-person.
Best for: PHP and Laravel full stack developers, and agencies that build on Laravel.
Dates and city: April 5-7, 2027. Workshops April 5. Main stage talks and round tables April 6-7. Kromhouthal, Gedempt Hamerkanaal, Amsterdam Noord. In-person.
What you actually get: Two days of main-stage talks and round tables. Workshops on April 5 are priced separately. Round tables run alongside the talks.
Notable limitations:
- The 699 EUR Blind Bird tier is sold out. Regular 899 EUR comes after Early Bird.
- Workshop prices are not announced yet.
- The after party on April 7 is not included in the conference ticket.

WeAreDevelopers World Congress
WeAreDevelopers World Congress is a general developer conference at Messe Berlin. It lists five passes, from a student pass to VIP.
Best for: European full stack developers who want one large summer event, plus startups and full-time students who qualify for the reduced passes.
Dates and city: July 14-16, 2027, Messe Berlin. The main entrance is on Jafféstraße, with a fast lane at CityCube for speakers and premium passes. July 14 is Day 0, with workshops and masterclasses. July 15-16 are the main days, with keynotes and talks on all stages, the Tech Expo and parallel workshops. That is why the pass details on the tickets page say July 15-16. In-person.
What you actually get: The Congress Pass covers the two main days and includes on-demand recordings. Congress Pass Plus and VIP add more, including the CityCube fast lane. The Student Pass gives full Congress Pass access to full-time students.
Notable limitations:
- Prices rise on a countdown timer rather than a published calendar date.
- The tickets page does not mention VAT.
- The pass details cover July 15-16. Check whether Day 0 workshops and masterclasses need a separate booking.
Tickets: Congress Pass 379 EUR (regular 799 EUR). Startup Pass 299 EUR for startups. Student Pass 120 EUR for full-time students. Congress Pass Plus 699 EUR (regular 1,199 EUR). VIP Pass 1,289 EUR (regular 2,499 EUR).
Should a small team buy Startup Passes or Congress Passes?
If you qualify as a startup, the 299 EUR Startup Pass costs less. Otherwise the 379 EUR Congress Pass is the standard ticket, and it includes on-demand recordings of the talks you miss.
Other full stack conferences worth considering
Devnexus runs March 29-31, 2027 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The two-day early bird pass is $475 until November 12. Full details are on our Java conference page.
JSNation runs May 21, 2027 in Amsterdam (hybrid) and May 25 (remote). The early bird Remote Ticket is 180 EUR and the Hybrid Ticket is 350 EUR. Full details are on our JavaScript conference page.
Laracon US is the US Laravel conference. The official site only says to get notified when Laracon 2027 goes live. No date or price yet.
WeAreDevelopers World Congress North America appears as a ’27 link in the footer of the Berlin site. The page we checked gives no dates or city for it.
Full Stack Europe still shows its 2019 edition at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town. No later edition is listed.
How we picked these conferences
We listed general developer conferences and full stack framework events whose 2027 edition has exact dates on the organizer’s site, and applied the same rule to every candidate. Events that belong to one language, such as JSNation and Devnexus, are in the calendar of that language’s page instead. Dates and prices were checked on the organizers’ sites on 5 November 2026. From is the cheapest published ticket that includes the main talks, with tax status as the site states it.

Do the WeAreDevelopers dates conflict?
No. July 14 is Day 0, with workshops and masterclasses. July 15-16 are the main stage days, which is what the Congress Pass covers.
Can I attend any of these remotely?
The WeAreDevelopers Congress Pass includes on-demand recordings. The DeveloperWeek and ConFoo pages we checked list no virtual pass. For a live remote ticket, JSNation sells one, and it is on our JavaScript page.
Are there student discounts?
WeAreDevelopers lists a 120 EUR Student Pass for full-time students. ConFoo says it does not offer student rates. The DeveloperWeek register page lists no student price.
Which one suits a PHP or Laravel team?
Laracon EU, April 5-7, 2027 in Amsterdam. Early Bird tickets are 799 EUR excluding VAT.
What happened to Full Stack Europe?
Its official site still shows the 2019 edition in Antwerp. No later edition is listed.

Pick by region and stack. Bay Area with an expo to scout tools: DeveloperWeek in February. A three-day full stack program in Canada: ConFoo in late February. Laravel teams: Laracon EU in April. One large European summer event: WeAreDevelopers in Berlin in July. Buy the starting pass only after checking what it leaves out.
